About the internshipSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. HR Processes:Support HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate in organizing HR-related events and workshops.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.2. Documentation:Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and employee documents
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in documentation.
Support in record-keeping and data management.3. Employee Engagement:Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
