• Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in human resources management.
• Expertise in Employee Relations (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in Recruitment (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of HR Compliance (Mandatory skill).
• Strong background in Performance Management.
• Experience in Training and Development.
• Effective Conflict Resolution skills.
• Ability to engage in Strategic Planning.
• Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits administration.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure seamless hiring.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Manage employee benefits programs and ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Provide decision support through HR metrics and strategic planning.
