• Recruitment formalities, Appointment, Retention Etc.
• Maintaining Attendance, Time Keeping work,
• Payroll Management and onboarding and offboarding process.
• Developing and Implementing effective MIS.
• Induction and Exit formalities.
• Coordination with all the sales and marketing team.
• Labor law and Statutory compliance.
• PF and other compliance.
