xe2x97x8f Be a part of an ambitious, supportive team on a missionThe role:The Human Resources Generalist / Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This position will report to the Director of People & Business Operations in the US and work closely with the organizational leaders in shaping the WorkSpan cultural strategies to support ongoing innovation and change.Your Responsibilities:Help shape a global People Operations strategy that aligns and moves the business toward continued growth, innovation, and improvement.Provide HR support and consultation to the business, answering employees and managers' questions about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related items globally.
