- Recruitment & Coordination
- Employee onboarding
- Employee engagement
- Creating HR-related Policies
- Attendance Management & Payroll
- Grievance management
- Other Miscellaneous tasks
- Success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently: deliver excellent Candidate experience internally and externally
- Constantly attract, screen, and introduce a diverse pool of applicants
- Track and report on candidate pipelines and hires against requirements; contribute to an engaging and upbeat working environment.
- 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Candidate must possess a Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Overall knowledge of HR full functions, hands-on experience in talent pipeline management, and employee relations.
- Proficient in English, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
