The Human Resource Generalist will play a critical role in supporting the HR functions at Joonify. This position is responsible for managing a variety of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Coordinate the full recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive introduction to the company culture.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances, facilitating conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and provide coaching for performance improvement.
  • HR Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
  • Support the implementation of employee development initiatives and track their effectiveness.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
  • Culture and Engagement:
  • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster team spirit and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
