Job Summary: The Human Resource Generalist will play a critical role in supporting the HR functions at Joonify. This position is responsible for managing a variety of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate the full recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive introduction to the company culture.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Address employee concerns and grievances, facilitating conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
Support managers in conducting performance reviews and provide coaching for performance improvement.
HR Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
Support the implementation of employee development initiatives and track their effectiveness.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation structures.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
Culture and Engagement:
Promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster team spirit and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
