Role Description The Human Resources Generalist position is a full-time, onsite role located in Pandalam and reports to the HR Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to human resources policies, providing employee benefits, administration of benefits, HR management, and other HR-related duties. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) Management skills Expertise in HR policies and administration of benefits Experience in providing employee benefits Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS and other related software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field 1-2 years of relevant work experience The following skills and qualifications would also be beneficial: Experience in the hospitality or retail industry Familiarity with labor laws and regulation
