Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screening and line up candidates for various positions, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Obtain offer approvals from departmental heads, ensuring offers meet company standards.
  • Manage onboarding and induction processes, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Assist in conducting performance reviews, and providing support to managers and employees throughout the process.
  • Prepare daily reports on HR activities and metrics, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Handle miscellaneous HR tasks as needed.
  • Conduct HR audits.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage exit formalities for departing employees and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, identifying needs and sourcing relevant programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s/Masters degree in HR Management or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as a Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
