Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at PolicyBoss located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies, employee benefits administration, assist in recruitment processes, employees engagement, attendance management, performance management, induction, onboarding, exit process, joining formalities, grievance handling Complaince and legal, PF, ESIC, and ensure its adherence to company policy, analyze HR metrics and reporting and assist in designing and implementing HR procedures and protocols. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and experience with HR Management Experience in developing, implementing, and managing HR policies and procedures Experience in Employee Benefits administration Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verba Ability to manage multiple tasks Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, 2-5 years of HR management experience preferred
