As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, payroll, liasoning, implementing HR policies, timekeeping, joining formalities, and training.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques
• Experience in payroll administration
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees
• Administer payroll and maintain accurate records
• Handle employee relations, including grievance handling and conflict resolution
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records
• Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees
• Handle employee queries and provide assistance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management
