  • Strong conflict resolution skills to handle employee grievances effectively
  • Experience in onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
  • In-depth knowledge of HR compliance regulations and best practices
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, facilitating communication, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Oversee performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback
