Company Description Setia Auto Finance is a Jaipur based NBFC- Asset finance company that offers customized financial solutions in the areas of utility vehicles, cars and commercial vehicles finance, property loan, SME loans and insurance. The company was incorporated in 1996 and has since then been serving the financial needs of its customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Jaipur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, and managing human resources. Other responsibilities include assisting in recruitment, reviewing employee performance, and managing employee benefits and compensation. Qualifications HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills HR Operations and HR Policies knowledge Experience in maintaining employee relations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Understanding of local employment laws and regulations A Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field Relevant HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR, etc would be beneficial
