The Human Resources Executive will play a supporting role in the smooth daily operations of the HR Department, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager. The incumbent in this role will take care of all administrative and employee relations of the HR department and supports the HRM in all activities relating to recruitment and training.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To start recruitment Cycle (Internal / External) based on competency framework as and when vacancy arises.
To shortlist candidates and organize interviews in consultation with unit head, HR Manager and negotiate on salary, post and benefits.
To select and provide with offer letter after approval from the Unit head.
To organize proper and effective Amanization induction program,
To carry out Training & Development activities for the unit in co-ordination with HR Manager right from identification of training needs till getting feed back from the participants.
To initiate and organize employee engagement programmes as per the needs of the unit at regular intervals to keep employees moral high.
To ensure proper cafeteria management including good quality of food to the staff in coordination with Kitchen head.
To ensure timely and prompt medical facilities for the staff and their families by facilitating through ESIC or, GMC.
To arrange safe and comfortable accommodation for staff which includes signing lease agreement with the owner
To complete joining formalities of new employee and maintain personal file of each employee
To issue appointment letters, opening bank accounts, issue ID card, issue uniform
To supervise Time office functions like maintaining proper attendance system/ leave records
To prepare salary at the end of the month.
To liaison with the Govt. authorities like PF, ESIC, Govt. Hospital and other departments.
To ensure that statutory compliances are met as per The shops & commercial Establishment Act, The payment of wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, PF Act, Contract Labor Act and other applicable acts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in the hospitality field on similar roles
Mandatory proficiency in English and Hindi
Experience with payroll and labor legislation
Excellent communication skills
