Job Overview:
As the HR Executive, you will be managing the personnel of Sara Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., overseeing recruitment, personnel administration & training, problem resolution, and various HR activities. Your expertise will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture in line with our commitment to quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals.
• Post job openings, review resumes, and conduct comprehensive interviews.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure staffing needs are met.
2. Personnel Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records in compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage employee relations, address concerns, and support a collaborative work environment.
• Work closely with department managers to optimize team performance.
3. Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills.
• Implement training initiatives to align with industry standards and technological advancements.
• Support ongoing professional development for our workforce.
4. Problem Solving:
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
• Mediate conflicts and collaborate with management to find resolutions.
• Promote a positive and safety-focused workplace culture.
5. Other HR Activities:
• Stay abreast of HR trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws.
• Manage HR-related projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management.
• In-depth understanding of HR principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite will be appreciated.
