• Recruitment: End-to-end hiring for technicians, engineers, admin staff, etc.
• Onboarding: Document collection, induction, issuing offer/appointment letters
• Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain records, track absenteeism
• Appraisals & Performance Management: Assist with review processes and documentation
• Employee Relations: Handle grievances, discipline, internal communication
• Exit Formalities: Resignations, full & final, experience letters
• HR Documentation: Maintain employee files, contracts, and compliance data

Ideal Profile

• 24 years of HR experience (preferred in MSMEs or field-based companies)
• Familiarity with labor laws, PF/ESI basics, and Excel
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal
