Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and developing and implementing HR management strategies. The Human Resources Executive will also be responsible for coordinating with management to develop and enforce company policies, recruiting and hiring staff, and managing HR-related administrative duties. Qualifications Experience in HR management and operations Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of HR legal compliance and employment laws in India Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources or related field Additional beneficial skills and qualifications include: Experience working in the beverage or food industry Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Familiarity with HR management software and tools
