Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, and developing and enforcing HR policies to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards. Additionally, the Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and conducting interviews, as well as providing counsel and support to employees and management staff on HR-related matters. Qualifications Experience in HR management and HR operations complete understanding of the employee management cycle, including the formalities associated with admission and exit Experience in employee relations and developing and enforcing HR policies Excellent knowledge of human resources best practices and legal regulations Experience in recruitment and conducting interviews Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
