for HR Coordinator (Male):We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and practices.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other professional development activities for employees.
• Organize and coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and other HR-related initiatives.
• Participate in and support various HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Branch: Navi Mumbai Kharghar (Head Office)
• Salary Package (Monthly Gross): Between 15 - 20K (Will also depend on the interview round)
