Ensure employee performance is differentiated and appropriately recognizedCoach Line Managers to lead Engaged, Inclusive and High performing teamsCoach People Managers on improving their individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiating performance, building organizational capability, embracing diversity etcPartner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.Coach people managers to manage employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties interestsChange Management:Identify needs for change management and champion related activities across employee life cycleDesign and drive initiatives to strengthen our Purpose led performance driven cultureStrengthen awareness of policies, practices, Companies Values and Ways of WorkingPlay an active role in promoting Employee and Manager Self Service as part of the overall HR TransformationDrive Inclusion & Employee engagement:Create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of Inclusion & employee engagement initiatives within Sales as well as overall K-C IndiaGrow our Culture, through talent development and high employee engagement by periodically connecting directly with employeesReview and analyse functional employee engagement survey to identify trends and coach people managers to improve performance, retention, and employee experienceEmployee Relations:Work closely on implementing the people policies in letter and spirit and participate in investigations for related escalations.Ensure adherence to global, regional and local HR processes and standardsPartners with local and global Employee Relations team to resolve ER issuesWho You AreAn experienced HR professional who has worked as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, global organization. Typically, 4 to 6 years of related experience (prior experience of working with Sales teams is a must)You are a self-starter; you are comfortable working in ambiguity; and you can also work independently with little to minimal supervision.You have strong problem-solving as well as analytical thinking abilities.You have strong interpersonal and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organization.You can successfully manage a high volume of work with multiple conflicting prioritiesEducation: MBA in HR from a Tier 1 institute (XLRI, MDI, SCMHRD, TISS, IIMs etc).To Be ConsideredClick the Apply button and complete the online application process.
