Partner with Sales leadership team on manpower planning with a multiyear view and related strategic hiring to build a more diverse organisation
Partner with Talent acquisition/RPO teams to get the right talent in the organization
Drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations in line with business strategy
Performance Management & Comp planning, Talent Management & Development
Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to key people processes including annual and mid-year processes, periodic talent processes which focus on focussed efforts towards top talent identification and development.
Support the development of succession plans, and ensures the ongoing development of key function talent, critical talent retention plan
Create, implement, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives that promote leadership capability development within the function and Business unit
Provide compensation support and guidance to people managers including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-levelling. Ensure employee performance is differentiated and appropriately recognized
Coach Line Managers to lead Engaged, Inclusive and High performing teams
Coach People Managers on improving their individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiating performance, building organizational capability, embracing diversity etc
Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
Coach people managers to manage employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties interests
Change Management:
Identify needs for change management and champion related activities across employee life cycle
Design and drive initiatives to strengthen our Purpose led performance driven culture
Strengthen awareness of policies, practices, Companies Values and Ways of Working
Play an active role in promoting Employee and Manager Self Service as part of the overall HR Transformation
Drive Inclusion & Employee engagement:
Create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of Inclusion & employee engagement initiatives within Sales as well as overall K-C India
Grow our Culture, through talent development and high employee engagement by periodically connecting directly with employees
Review and analyse functional employee engagement survey to identify trends and coach people managers to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
Employee Relations:
Work closely on implementing the people policies in letter and spirit and participate in investigations for related escalations.
Ensure adherence to global, regional and local HR processes and standards
Partners with local and global Employee Relations team to resolve ER issues
Who You Are
An experienced HR professional who has worked as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, global organization. Typically, 4 to 6 years of related experience (prior experience of working with Sales teams is a must)
You are a self-starter; you are comfortable working in ambiguity; and you can also work independently with little to minimal supervision.
You have strong problem-solving as well as analytical thinking abilities.
You have strong interpersonal and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organization.
You can successfully manage a high volume of work with multiple conflicting priorities
Education: MBA in HR from a Tier 1 institute (XLRI, MDI, SCMHRD, TISS, IIMs etc). To Be Considered
