Job Description


ROLE SUMMARY This position is based out of the Jaipur (city) office, responsible for the following:

  • Review HR operation effectiveness
  • Monitoring the recruitment dashboard and new joiner onboarding, settling process
  • Executing vertical specific performance management frame work initiative
  • Defining periodic communication plan for the vertical to ensure HR service delivery effectiveness
  • Improve employee engagement, ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to high performance culture within the organization
  • Ensure policy adherence and implementation across the vertical
RESPONSIBILITIES HR Operations o Reviews HR operation effectiveness at regular intervals by studying the performance outcome measures. New Employee Onboarding o Ensures smooth on boarding and implementing buddy programs. o Plans and monitors better implementation across vertical to ensure better assimilation of new joiners into the organization Performance Management: o Executes vertical specific performance management framework and initiatives. o Program manages the appraisal cycle, providing orientation to the first time appraises and collating survey feedback and giving input to the business for better performance review Employee Development: o Co-ordinate with different HR stakeholders to execute the development program for employees to build the competencies and skillsets of the employees Employee Engagement: o Define periodic communication plan deploys the rewards and recognition program for the unit, ensure various connect programs to address employee concerns. o Provide appropriate support for employee disciplinary process. o Monitor and ensure effectiveness of grievance addressable mechanism. o Employee query handling, conceptualize and implement vertical specific engagement activities. Employee Governance: o Monitor the employee governance process, intervenes wherever required in order to drive employee adherence to code of conduct. HR Analytics o Publish monthly employee dashboards, highlight areas of focus, prepare and publish HR solutions initiatives. o Usage of report effectively by building awareness and communication. COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND OTHER REQUISITES
  • UG plus Post Graduate HR program from a recognized university
  • Overall 7+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience post-graduation
  • Preferably IT/ITES sector
  • Sound knowledge on MS office, HR certification if any
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9800,000.00 - 91,200,000.00 per year Benefits:
