Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Surat. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as HR management, HR information systems (HRIS), benefits administration, and training. They will work with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures, and provide support to employees throughout the organization. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices Experience in HR management, HR information systems (HRIS), and benefits administration Ability to create and deliver training sessions for employees Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field BCOM or MCOM degree with English is a plus Experience with HR software and tools is a plus Professional certification in HR is a plus
