Role Description
This is a partial on-site role for an HR Assistant. The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the HR team, including coordinating HR activities and managing various site-related arrangements. This role is located in Hyderabad and requires travel to different project sites.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative assistance to the HR team.
• Manage expense reports at site.
• Coordinate the on-boarding and exit processes of the workers.
• Arrange site setup for projects, including accommodations, daily need stores, and nearest hospitals for emergencies.
• Arrange the transport requirement required at the site.
• Ensure all site requirements comply with client rules.
• Handle HR compliances required for the site.
• Address workers' salary and overtime issues.
• Take care of all administrative needs for the project at the site.
Qualifications
• Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Human Resources (HR).
• Experience in managing expense reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Good knowledge of statutory compliances.
• Hindi speaking is a must.
• Prior experience in the MEP industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to different sites.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
