This job \'Human Resource Assistant\' entails being in the office for majority of the time and the key roles that will be expected out of the employee are: 1. Overall Attendance Management - A general watch over the attendance of the employees across the factories, taking daily updates and maintaining attendance records of all the employees from all the factories. Basically, Maintaining a record of the the total workforce attendance and any follow-ups upon absence. 2. Labour Wage Management - A general watch over the labour wages and salaries and maintaining records of their disbursements, advances and any other factor related to labour pay should recorded by the employee. 3. Performance Reporting - A general performance audit that can be conducted through the attendance/absence records of the employees and how has that impacted the production of different factories. Also, being able to compare and contrast on how the factories are managing their labour and using different ways to get maximum productivity out of them and further initiating suggestions and implementations to other factories to ensure maximum labour utility. 4. Any other role that befalls in the territory of a Human Resources Department As per the key roles above, this job will revolve around the reforming of the human resources of the company.
