Key Responsibilities:
•Hiring and Recruitment: Assist in the endtoend recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Resume Screening : Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Telephonic Calls : Conduct preliminary phone screenings with potential candidates.
• Personality Assessment : Evaluate candidates based on their personality traits and cultural fit.
• Onboarding and Offboarding : Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates, employees, and management.
• Excel Management: Maintain and update HR related databases and spreadsheets using Excel.
• Email Management : Efficiently handle and organize incoming and outgoing emails related to HR activities.
• Document Management : Maintain and organize HR related documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Verification Strategies : Implement effective background check and verification processes for new hires.
• HRM Tools : Familiarize and utilize HRM tools for streamlined operations and data management.
• Employee Management : Assist in managing employee relations, performance reviews, and feedback.
• Confidentiality : Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to data protection regulations.
• Salary Slip Creation : Assist in generating and distributing monthly salary slips to employees.
• Smart Skillset : Demonstrate a smart and adaptable skillset to handle various HR tasks efficiently.
• Prior HR experience : It is essential, complemented by a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in MBA program or a recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic startup environment.
• Passion for HR and a drive to contribute meaningfully to organizational success.
