Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
• Assist in maintaining employee records and ensure all HR documents are accurately filed and updated.
• Prepare and distribute HR-related documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and policy manuals.
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
• Employee Relations:
• Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Help organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and events.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management review.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration:
• Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying timesheets, and ensuring timely submission.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and address basic benefits-related questions.
• General HR Support:
• Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
