Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Pune. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for benefits administration, HR management, HR information systems (HRIS), labor and employment law. The Human Resources Administrator will also be responsible for human resources related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and training. Qualifications Human Resources (HR), benefits administration, and HR management skills Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and labor and employment law Handling admin team Coordination with HR team Event organizing at company Grievance handling of employees and management Monthly compliance checking Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor\'s degree in any domain Experience required minimum 1 year in HR admin Additional skills or qualifications that would be beneficial include familiarity with renewable energy industry, experience in managing employee relations, compensation, and benefits policies, and experience with other HRIS software.
