The Human Resources Administrative Assistant - Level 2 is mainly responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
More specifically, the Human Resources Administrative Assistant \xe2\x80\x93 Level 2 must:
  • Update and format HR documents such as policies and training materials.
  • Participate in the implementation and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support administrative tasks related to the on-boarding of Poland employees.
  • Compile data and generate reports for HR metrics and compliance needs.
  • Support the HR firm in India for the screening of CVs as needed.
  • Support for creation of presentation materials for meetings, trainings, Executive Meetings, etc.
  • Support HR Technicians with their administrative task such as administration data of HRIS
  • Verification and assurance of data integrity in HRIS

Requirements:

IDEAL PROFILE
Education
  • Vocational studies;

Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources department and experience working with an HRIS and LMS systems will be considered assets;

Knowledge and skills
  • Good communication skills in English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
  • Quick learner, good adaptability, and versatility;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details and time management abilities;
  • Autonomy and likes teamwork;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion;
