Job Summary:
HiPaaS Infotech is seeking an experienced HR Specialist with 1-2 years of robust experience in HR terms and global policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with global standards, and contributing to the overall development of HR strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• HR Policy Development: Create, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures that align with global standards and the company's strategic goals.
• Compliance: Ensure all HR practices are compliant with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
• Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
• Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and career development.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
• HR Metrics and Reporting: Maintain HR metrics and generate reports to inform management decisions and HR strategy.
• Global HR Initiatives: Lead and support global HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the local HR framework.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on HR terms and global policies.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, as well as local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
