Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and design questionnaires and assessment tools to evaluate competencies required for specific job roles.
- Administer and score psychometric tests to evaluate candidates\' cognitive abilities, personality traits, and work styles.
- Analyze and interpret test results to assess the suitability of candidates for the job.
- Conduct skill mapping of current employees to identify areas for improvement and training needs.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that assessments and training programs align with the organization\'s goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in psychometric assessment, training, and development.
- Hold a Master\'s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related field.
- Hold certification in psychometric assessment or equivalent.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience in designing and administering assessments and training programs.
- Knowledge of relevant HR laws and regulations.
Part-time hours: 84 per week Salary: 918,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Schedule:
