• Screening of the candidates, conducting telephonic round of interview and scheduling face to face interviews through phone
• Plan, organize, and conduct orientation session
• Responsible for planning, recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits
• Joining formalities i.e. collection the required documents and issuing offer and appointment letters
• Performance appraisal, performance review
• Full & final settlement and handling exit process
• Coordinate & manage the full & final settlement with the help of finance division
• Responsible for all day-to-day HR operations
• Develop a company culture which is employee oriented and focuses on quality, development and high performance
• Maintained all records and data in companys software
• Coordinated with various HODs of all the departments /branches for smooth functioning
• Monitoring of performance and obtaining feedback post-training to measure the effectiveness of the training imparted
