Oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning to ensure the unit has a skilled workforce.
Manage workforce planning, including identifying key competencies and skill gaps in the forging and machining sectors.Employee Relations & Engagement:Foster a positive work environment by ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and engagement among employees.
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and facilitate labor negotiations as needed.
Implement employee wellness programs and initiatives to improve morale and reduce turnover.Training and Development:Develop training programs and workshops for employees to improve their skills in machining, forging processes, safety, and quality control.
Support continuous learning and development initiatives to keep the workforce current with technological advancements and industry best practices.
Health & Safety:Partner with the EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) team to ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and protocols.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement by training employees and fostering awareness of best safety practices.
Compensation & Benefits:Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives, to ensure competitiveness in the industry.HR Administration:Oversee HR operations, including personnel record management, HR reporting, and data analytics.
Manage HR software and tools to streamline processes and ensure efficiency.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 12+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment (forging, machining, or related sectors).
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 certification standards and experience with the implementation and auditing process.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Experience with talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compensation, benefits, and workplace safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and data analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in the automotive industry or precision manufacturing environments.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or IATF-related training.
