HR MANAGER (7-8 Years Experience, CTC - TBD )Role Overview:As the HR Manager at CORNEXT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company\'s culture, driving employee engagement, and fostering a productive and inclusive work environment. Leveraging your experience in HR management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company\'s goals and objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership to attract, retain, and develop top talent, while also ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in India.Key Responsibilities: * Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build a strong employer brand through innovative talent acquisition techniques and employer branding initiatives.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture where employees feel valued, respected, and motivated.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and empathetic manner, promoting open communication and conflict resolution.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs to boost morale and teamwork.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of employee data, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment legislation and industry trends, advising senior management on potential impact and implications.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee the payroll management process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation packages and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
  • HR Strategy and Planning:
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support the company\'s long-term growth and expansion plans.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of organizational structure, succession planning, and talent pipelines to support business objectives.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives to promote professional growth and skill enhancement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master\'s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 7-8 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and developing effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) would be a plus.
