Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Associate/Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in supporting the HR department in various administrative and strategic tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Support employee relations by responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Conduct research and analyze data to support HR initiatives and decisions.
• Assist in performance management processes including performance reviews and employee development plans.
• Handle HR administrative tasks such as preparing reports, letters, and other documents.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to suggest improvements to current practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred for Manager level).
• Proven experience as an HR Associate or similar role
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
