Ethereal Machines is HIRING! We\'re looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. As our Human Resource Manager, you\'ll be responsible for managing all aspects of our human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You\'ll also have the opportunity to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company\'s goals and objectives. Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with our company\'s goals and objectives.
- Managing our recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Developing and delivering training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Managing the performance management process to ensure our employees are meeting performance expectations.
- Managing our compensation and benefits programs to ensure they\'re competitive and align with our company\'s goals and objectives.
- Managing employee relations to promote a positive work environment and resolve employee issues.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Managing HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our HR programs and processes.
- Managing our HR budget to ensure our HR programs and processes are cost-effective.
- A Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with HR software and systems.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

- Diploma (Preferred)
- Human resources management: 2 years (Required)
