Human Resource Intern Responsibilities:
To work closely with the Hiring manager to look after End to End Recruitment Process.
To post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
To take time to time follow ups of the candidates by call or text to avoid any communication gap.
To screening potential candidates' resumes and application forms to identify suitable match to fill company job vacancies.
To interact with the applicants on call ,text and via mail .
To schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
To assist the HR manager in maintaining employee database.
To assist in the planning of company events.
To assist in compiling employee files when required.
Required Skills :
Bachelor's/ Masters degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
Must have excellent communications skills(English )PREFERED
Must be able to carry out daily task .
Must have basic knowledge of HRM.
Must be able to make callings on a daily basis.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS MUST

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
