Job description Overview PENNEP is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Human Resource Intern to join our HR Team. We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding internship opportunity within the Human Resources department. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, allowing the successful candidate to develop essential skills and gain valuable insight into the world of human resources. During the internship candidate will get training on the following:

• Learn the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Gain insights into effective resume screening and interviewing techniques.
• Acquire proficiency in maintaining accurate employee records and databases.
• Gain hands-on experience in drafting HR documents, including offer letters and contracts.
• Understand the importance of data confidentiality and security.
• Understand the legal framework surrounding HR policies and labor laws.
• Develop skills in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
• Contribute to initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
