Internship Duration: 3 months Position Overview: As an HR Intern at The Courteous Real Estate Advisory, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to various human resources functions within our dynamic real estate environment. This internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR processes. Additionally, upon successful completion of the internship, you will receive a certification highlighting your achievements and the skills you have developed during your tenure with us. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, & scheduling interviews.
Participate in onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Support HR team in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Assist in organizing and facilitating employee training sessions and development programs.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.
Assist with HR administrative tasks as needed.
Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
