Responsibilities:
1. Create and publish job advertisements on various platforms.
2. Conduct initial screening of resumes and identify potential candidates for further evaluation.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
4. Maintain and update our HRIS database with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
5. Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
