- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. - Assist in conducting interviews.Any other operational work assigned as and when required. Qualifications Skills: - Any graduate degree [preferably in Human Resource] or equivalent. - Proficient communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of recruitment process. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
