Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation coordination. Assist in employee relations activities, such as performance management and disciplinary procedures. Help maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team?
