Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting new employee orientations.
• Support HR in daily operations such as maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and updating HR databases.
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement activities.
• Participate in HR projects related to performance management, employee development, and organizational culture.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related topics.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
