• Assist in sourcing candidates for sales roles through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and track application statuses
• Support HR team in recruitment drives and walk-in interviews
• Assist in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
• Prepare and update recruitment-related reports and trackers
• Maintain communication with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience
