Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Support:
• Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company website.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct initial candidate phone screenings.
• Onboarding:
• Prepare new hire paperwork and orientation materials.
• Assist in conducting new hire orientation sessions.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed.
• Employee Records:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist in updating and managing the HR database.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• HR Projects:
• Support HR team in various projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research and gather data for HR reports and presentations.
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
• General HR Support:
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
