Position Overview:

We seek a motivated MBA graduate with a specialization in Human Resources for an HR Intern position. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.

- Coordinate interviews and support the onboarding process.

- Employee Relations:

- Help organize employee engagement activities.

- Address employee queries and concerns.

- Performance Management:

- Support performance appraisal processes.

- Assist in collecting and analyzing performance data.

- Training & Development:

- Assist in organizing training sessions.

- Develop training materials and resources.

- HR Projects:

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.

- Conduct research on HR best practices.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Human Resources or related field.

- Strong interest in HR career.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Detail-oriented and proactive.

Pay: ?10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
