HR Intern

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information.
• Screening potential employee resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Preparing and sending offer letters and rejection letters to candidates.
• Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.
• Organizing new hire orientations.
• Gathering payroll information such as leaves, working hours, and bank account details.
• Reviewing and distributing company policies.
• Posting job openings on various job posting sites and social media platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?4,000.00 - ?7,000.00 per month
