Position / Role: HR Manager
Experience Required: 3 - 5 years.
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: HR Director
Industries Preferred: Human Resources, Management, Administration
Qualifications Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in HRM from a reputed institute.
Skills Required: Strong conceptual, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, experience and excellence in initiatives like Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Induction, HRIS, learning and development, rewards & recognition and compensation and benefits, ability to facilitate effective implementation of HRMIS to facilitate streamlining of employee database for organization effectiveness.
