The role is of a HR Generalist, who shall be stationed with one of our clients as a HR resource managing the entire HR roles and responsibilities, key deliveries would include1. Managing the recruitment process, that would include sourcing, coordinating, interviewing for various roles2. Managing campus relations, interactions, interviews and intern programmes3. Running various employee engagement programmes, like celebrating, educating on policies and team outings4. Delivering standard trainings like induction, code of conduct and other modules identified5. Manage employee database, related activities and HR automation6. Ensure tracking of employee discipline and adherence to policies7. Ensure HR services are treated as delivering the set objectives to ensure a continued renewal of contract8. Other aspects such as managing administration, and tasks required by the leadership team requiring attentionRequirements * Education: MBA - Human Resources or PGDBM - Human Resources
