Human Resources Generalist
Overview:
Join DDM Media Solutions as a Human Resources Generalist and become a pivotal force in fostering a positive and dynamic work environment during our evening hours. This unique opportunity involves overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance within the B2C sector, ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce during the 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM timeframe.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Lead the recruitment processes during night hours, managing job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies for our night-shift operations.
Employee Onboarding:
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding programs for employees joining during the evening hours, ensuring a smooth transition.
Conduct orientation sessions covering company policies, culture, and benefits tailored to the night-shift workforce.
Employee Relations:
Act as a primary point of contact for night-shift employees, addressing inquiries, and concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution.
Foster a positive work environment through open communication and engagement initiatives, considering the unique dynamics of the night-shift team.
Performance Management:
Administer performance review processes for night-shift employees, guiding goal-setting and improvement plans.
Collaborate with department heads to align performance evaluations with organizational goals during night hours.
Compliance and Policies:
Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring night-shift operations comply with legal requirements.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures, specifically addressing the needs of the night-shift workforce.
Benefits Administration:
Oversee benefits administration for night-shift employees, including health insurance, leave management and wellness programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on night-shift operations.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
