Job Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional development and performance excellence. - Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the company\'s goals and objectives. - Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the orientation of new hires. - Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management, while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team members. - Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and devise strategies for talent acquisition and retention. - Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. - Maintain HR records and generate reports to track key metrics and trends, providing insights to inform decision-making. - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and feedback, fostering open communication and trust. - Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver exceptional service and support.
